Times and Fees
How to enrol:
If you’d like to join Playgroup in 2026, email enrolments@concordplaygroup.org.au with:
- Your preferred session times/days – see availability below
- The ages of the children attending.
We’ll help you find the best group and organise your free trial in the first four weeks of the next term. After your trial, we’ll contact you to complete enrolment.
Empty sessions may be booked by private groups (such as new parent groups) at any stage of the term. Let us know in an email if you are interested in booking a private session.

Spanish playgroup Private group |
Sessions have between 5-30 children, depending on group and time.
Sessions run Monday through Friday for two hours, and continue through school and public holidays.

2025:
Term 4: Mon 6 Oct – Fri 19 Dec
2026:
Term 1: Tuesday 27 Jan – Fri 17 Apr
Term 2: Mon 20 Apr – Fri 10 Jul
Term 3: Mon 13 Jul – Fri 2 Oct
Term 4: Mon 5 Oct – Fri 18 Dec
Term Fees 2026:
- $50.00 per term per family (or $35.00 for Concession Card holders).
- Fees cover one session per week. Any member can attend more than one session per term, but this will incur an additional term fee for the extra session.
- Discounts apply for full-year enrolment in Term 1: $170 ($120 concession)
- Fees are payable via Stripe, which accepts card payments. If this isn’t suitable, please contact our treasurer via email (president@concordplaygroup.org.au).
Drop-In Sessions:
Current members can also attend drop-in sessions at no extra cost.
Please note: This is only for existing members, not for new families on trial or non-members.
Playgroup Victoria Membership/Insurance (optional)
Concord Playgroup is registered with Playgroup Victoria and therefore our members are covered under Playgroup Victoria’s insurance policies while at playgroup.
From 2019, personal membership with Playgroup Victoria is optional for Concord Playgroup members. PGV membership is free and gives you access to many resources, events and special offers. For more information, please see the Playgroup Victoria website at www.playgroup.org.au
If you do wish to take up Playgroup Victoria membership, please register directly through the Playgroup Victoria website and link your membership to Concord Playgroup using the code 10179.
